ALMOST 3 MILLION POUNDS!!!!!!!!!

As reported on the website of Alaska Fishing Adventures (4/12/09):

"This is from a show on the Discovery channel.....about seining for herring in Alaska's Sitka Sound. They show what is declared the biggest catch (single seine set) in Alaska history. It is 1460 tons....  The image shows the herring in the net, in the water.
