The Herring King of New York

Mark Russ Federman, the author of "Russ & Daughters: Reflections and Recipes from the House that Herring Built," joins our friend Yishai Fleisher of Voice of Israel Radio in-studio to tell the story of how one Manhattan store lasted for an entire century in the same location, created a craving for traditional schmaltz herring -- and then merged it with Swedish tastes to create a sensation.
