Great New Herring From Ramat Beit Shemesh!!!!

 

My son Judah popped in for a pre-Shabbat tune-up yesterday afternoon and we shared a container of this really nice new herring originating from Ramat Beit Shemesh -Aleph. Its simply labeled Dubi Dagim. It has the name of herring purveyor Dubi Roth, his phone, address and that's it. But this was really excellent matjes set in a beautiful home environment of finely chopped onions with spices. Top flight herring. Went down nice with some ice cold vodka.
